Heather Bollingberg
Paralegal
Heather Bollingberg is a paralegal in Nilson Brand Law’s Fargo office, where she focuses primarily on criminal defense and family law matters. She works closely with attorneys Scott Patrick Brand and Alivia Ingebretson, playing an important role in case preparation, organization, and client communication, helping ensure cases move forward efficiently.
She also has experience in estate planning, probate, and real estate law, giving her a well-rounded understanding of a variety of legal matters. Heather is known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to approach each case with confidence and respect.
Heather earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a minor in Psychology, from Mayville State University and received her Paralegal Certificate from the University of North Dakota. She is a member of the Red River Valley Paralegal Association and the National Association of Legal Assistants.
Outside of the office, Heather enjoys spending time with her husband, son, dogs, and cat in West Fargo, and they keep her quite busy. Her favorite time of year is summer, and when North Dakota weather allows, she enjoys spending as much time at the lake with friends and family as possible. She also enjoys baking and is never afraid of a good mystery or crime novel.
